During the last twelve years I have participated in many activities related to the transfer of research to the relevant productive/governmental sectors.

I have advised the Chilean antitrust authority in a collusion case against tissue producers, the governement in the procurement of new infraestructure for harbor and the design of a new bankruptcy law. In a related line, I have advised the government in the design of assignment mechanisms for students to schools and students to colleges. Also related to public policy, I can mention my participation in the book "95 Propuestas para un Chile Mejor", where I wrote chapters in competition law and health systems.

I have also participated in many activities related to the dissemination of scientific knowledge to society. in particular, I have participated in an economics course for high-school teachers, and presented my research in high schools in many ocassions.
