Formación de Capital Humano

I am an advocate of collaborative science and active discussion of scientific principles. I have always taken a great interest in people who work within my research team and strive to create a supportive and challenging environment for both undergraduate and graduate students. At this time I have completed 6 PhD theses as co-tutor and 6 MSc theses also as co-tutor. I currently have two PhD student. I also actively encourage undergraduate students to participate in our activities and usually we have 1-2 undergrads/year. I have complete 4 pre-grade theses as tutor and one as co-tutor. I would describe myself as a highly motivated and open-minded person and greatly enjoy passing this on to others.
