Me ha correspondido impulsar y lograr su consecución en todo el proceso de negociación con el Ejecutivo y el proceso legislativo de ellas; leyes relativas al incentivo al retiro como ser; la ley 20.374 del 2009,
la ley 20.807 de 2015, la ley 20.996 de 2017, y la ley 21.043 de 2017.
