This is the sixth chapter for the Science Dissemination Program organized by the University of La Serena, is the first “podcast style” discussion in which I have participated. This chapter was recorded on September 11 2020 and is expected to be broadcast on October 28 this year. I approached the Office for the Dissemination of Science to propose that the production of podcasts be extended beyond this cycle of talks to cover a range of topics related to global change, climate change and wildlife, which was well received.
