In our outreach activities, we will use to organize programs for secondary schools from Chile. We will give a one-day tutorial into the capabilities of theoretical software into the understanding of molecular properties. All the software employed will be open-source. Also, we will train teachers in order to keep the activities as a usual
year-by-year scholar activity.
Also, we will give seminars devoted to the aspects of symmetry into the molecular and macromolecular world, into the framework of a science fair. Giving materials to the schoolar students.
We gave a seminar in the: IX Jornada de Química “Prácticas Pedagógicas Una mirada al interior del aula de ciencias” Colegio Concepción Pedro de Valdivia, Concepción. Chile. 22 de Agosto, 2015, to an audience of several chemistry teachers from Concepción.
